OUTDOOR CONCRETE BASE |
Portable flagpoles with heavy concrete bases are versatile units that can be used for all outdoor telescopic flagpoles, according to the required site application or set up location. When supplied with flagpole guy rope and ground peg, sets these fixings provide the additional stablility required for safely hoisting and flying outdoor flags if strong winds prevail. Although, the use of guy ropes and pegs is optional in slight winds or where ground pegs are not permitted in sporting ground turf, public parks, gardens, or where guy ropes and peg sets are not suitable upon hard outdoor areas.
|
INDOOR STEEL BASE |
Portable steel flagpole bases are a unique design, as they can be used for all indoor collapsible telescopic flagpoles. The steel flagpole base plate can be used with the addition of heavy sand bags if required, or affixed to timber floors or stages via the supplied four screw holes, enabling a permanent or temporary fixing to indoor timber floors if desired. Guy ropes are not required for this type of indoor flagpole set up.
|
OUTDOOR STEEL BASE |
The versatile design of portable steel flagpole bases can also be used for outdoor flagpoles when used with guy ropes and ground peg sets. These provide the added stability required for the flying of outdoor flags safely, or if strong winds prevail. The use of guy ropes and pegs is optional in slight winds or where ground pegs are not permitted in sporting grounds, public parks and gardens, or where not suitable upon hard outdoor areas. The additional use of heavy weights or sand filled bags is recommended in strong winds, or when guy ropes & ground peg sets are not used. |
ANODISED FINISH |
All outdoor flagpoles are supplied with a superior marine grade 20 micron anodised finish, providing the most durable and corrosion resistant finish available. Anodised finishes are unique, as the finish itself is directly etched into the aluminium surface, therefore offering a far superior, complete internal and external resistance to any oxidisation or corrosion. Anodised finishes are especially important within a marine area or coastal region and are regarded as first choice. Anodised flagpoles are also far more resistant to any possible abrasion from the flagpoles rope and flag clips. Our marine grade anodised flagpoles are simply the best you can buy!
|
POWDER COATED FINISH |
Our superior high gloss white powder coated flagpoles are the finest that can be produced. Unlike a standard powder coated finish which firstly involves an initial application of an etch primer or pigment primer to the mill surface of the aluminium to aid bonding of the electrical charged top coat powder pigments. Once coated the resulting top coat finish exhibits a rough or uneven low build finish, with no internal corrosion resistance due to it being a simple and basic external surface finish only. Adware's high gloss white powder coated finishes are unique in as much as they far exceed all other painted or powder coated finishes available. Our superior powder coat finishing system firstly begins with flagpoles that have been already pre acid etched and anodised. The benefits of powder coating by this system firstly, offers a very smooth pre etched surface which provides an excellent base thus enabling full maximum top coat adhesion. Secondly, it produces a far superior and higher build of finish. Our unique two stage finishing system of combined anodising and powder coating also provides the highest form of internal and external resistance against top coat delamination, with the highest anti corrosion and anti oxidisation protection. |
FLAGPOLE COMPONENTS |
Only the highest quality flagpole components, also known as flagpole parts or flagpole hardware, are used in the manufacture of our flaggple range. All pole parts are utilised for their superior strength, durability and resistance to high winds, rain and UV light, resulting in flagpoles that are properly manufactured to last a lifetime. |
FLAGPOLE ROPE |
When it comes to flagpole rope, also known as flagpole rigging, flag rope, or by the nautical term flagpole halyard, we supply and use the highest quality marine grade rope for all our flagpoles produced. Double braided polyester flagpole rope has many advantages. Firstly, polyester is naturally UV resistant, therefore it will not breakdown or degrade. Also, it is naturally water repellent and will not fray overtime with use. It is also incredibly strong and regarded as the best available. |
